Existing Bookings
For bookings made before 22 April through direct and wish to cancel due to government regulations, airline suspend, or airport closure, all cancellation fee is waived for staying period up to 1st of June 2020. For bookings beyond above period, we encourage you to reschedule your stay for the next 12 months.
New Bookings
We would like to support your next travel plan by offering flexible cancellation policies for traveling period until 31st December 2020 as follows;
• Free cancellations up to 7 days to arrival (except during peak season of 27th December 2020 – 1st January 2021)
• Free cancellations up to 21 days to arrival during peak season of 27th December 2020- 1 January 2021
