Your villa is your own home and it will remain completely private as we respect your desire to temporarily break free from the cycle of routine and business obligation. Ametis Villa promises you a degree of escapism with a tropical experience that does not involve young children under 12 years old.

Accompanying children aged 12 to 16 years old are welcome to stay together with you on an existing sofa bed in an Imperial Villa and Grand Villa*, or stay separately in an independent villa compound.

Billy Ho Restaurant and Ametis Lounge caters to all your culinary needs. However, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

*Imperial Villa accommodates a maximum of one child age between 12 to 16 years old on sofa bed and Grand Villa accommodates a maximum two children on two sofa beds. A sofa bed is available at US$75++ per child per night includes daily breakfast and daily afternoon tea (rate is subject to 11% government tax and 10% service charge).
