Villa Upgrades – Final Phase

We are delighted to announce that our villa upgrade project has now entered its final phase.

In order to ensure that our guests are not inconvenienced by the upgrades, we have carefully planned and scheduled the work to minimize any disruption to your stay. The villas located at the rear of the property will undergo upgrades to reduce the visibility of the project, and we will be closing the villa adjacent to the project site during the renovation period to avoid any disturbance.

Kindly find below for the schedule of the final phase of our upgrade project:

– Villa 13: 5th to 29th February 2024

– Villas 14 & 15: 12th to 28th February 2024

– Villa 5: 6th to 31st March 2024

– Villa 7: 19th March to 2nd April 2024

– Ruby Spa: 13th to 25th March 2024 (open hours from 5 PM to 11 PM)

We assure you that we will take all necessary measures to ensure that your stay is not affected by the upgrade renovations. Our primary objective is to ensure your comfort and satisfaction, and we will do everything in our power to make your stay with us exceptional.

We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that may be caused during your stay, and appreciate your understanding and patience during this transitional period.

Upgrades and enhancements by April 2024

We are delighted to announce our plans for upgrades and enhancements that will be completed by April 2024. Firstly, we will be enhancing our villa bathrooms with a luxurious marble finish, fitted with top-of-the-line Toto NEOREST products, and introducing more USB ports and universal sockets throughout the villa. We have already completed nine villas, which are now available under the refined bathroom category.

Additionally, we will be redesigning our gardens to offer even more stunning views, upgrading our ceiling fans to provide improved airflow to combat high humidity and hot temperatures resulting from climate change. We will also be introducing an indoor concept bathroom with air conditioning in one of our premiere villas to cater to our guests’ needs. Furthermore, we will be replacing all chinaware, glassware, and cutlery with brand-new sets to create a more luxurious home-like feel.

We are confident that these upgrades and enhancements will create a more memorable experience that exceeds your expectations. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

Renovation Lobby Pond

Dear Precious Guests,

Thank you for choosing Ametis Villa Bali as your accommodation during tropical vacation in Bali.

Kindly be informed that we will conduct the remodeling works on the pond in Lobby area, from 25 September 2023 to 14 October 2023, daily from 9:00 to 17:00.

Following this, we will close the access to Ametis Lounge/lobby for 6 days, from 25 September to 30 September 2023 and reopen on 1st October 2023.

During Lobby closure, we will open the alternative access to the villa area next to lobby.  Check-in/ out process is complete in your own villa as usual.

There will be construction noise around lobby area during 4 days from 27 September to 30 September 2023, however we keep monitoring the works to minimize any inconvenience.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause, and appreciate with your understanding and support during the period.

Villa Renovation Announcement

Dear valued guests,

Warmest greetings from Ametis Villa Bali!

At Ametis Villa, we always strive to improve guest experiences, and as a part of it, we will have villa maintenance and renovation projects on several sites of property during March 2023 with detail as follows;-

The maintenance of glass roof and upgrading bathrooms in several villas, starting from 3rd March 2023 until 31st March 2023

During the above period, we closed several villa units to avoid guests from audible disturbances. Some of the villas far from the project site are still open for accommodation.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

COVID-19 prevention program

The safety and health of our precious guests and employees is foremost. Ametis Villa Bali takes following precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Furthermore, during this uncertain time, to support your next travel plan as flexible as possible we update the cancelation policy  if you wish to cancel, reschedule or book your stay.

  • We provide hand sanitizer in public area and cars
  • Housekeeping increased frequency in cleaning and disinfecting of high contact areas after cleaning including doorknobs, light switches, tables, phone receiver, toilet seat daily, and uses hand gloves during cleaning room
  • We provide antibacterial hand soaps
  • We provide information and brief all employees on relevant information and procedures to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus
  • Staff and Guests who are unwell with any symptoms of fever, flu or respiratory problems, are asked to consult a doctor immediately
  • Neither staff nor guests have fever above 37.5°C or any symptoms of flu, cough, running nose can enter the property and staff require to return to work at least 24 hours after fever gets down and recovered from symptoms
  • Management commits to provide transparent information and are always up-to-date related to novel coronavirus
